Excellent service from start to finish. The installation of the new Cat6 cable from an upstairs room to the router in the opposite corner downstairs was completed professionally. There was no sign of any dust after drilling the requisite holes. All in all a great job well done. I'd recommend Steve Denver to everyone.

Steve called to give us a quote for a new aerial, which I thought was very reasonable.
I asked when it could be done and he’s said right away which was a pleasant surprise.
Steve just got on with the work and it was done in no time.
He is friendly and polite. He gave me advice on smart tv’s and he even removed an old satellite dish without any trouble.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve and his company to anyone.

The old TV Antenna on my house became faulty - no signal. SD installs diagnosed the issue and suggested a cheaper option of a loft fitted antenna as we’re in a good TV reception area checked by his signal reception measurement device. After fitting the new loft antenna all TVs in the house now receive 100% signal strength and 100% signal quality, better than the old Antenna before it stopped working, and with the benefit of not being exposed to weather and easier to maintain if ever needed. Cost was very reasonable and was advertised on their website so I had a good idea of costs before install. Very friendly too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My son moved into a new property and although there was an aerial, it had no cable and was in a poor state. Mr Dexter fitted a new aerial, fed a cable back into the house and fitted a coax box. Freeview is now spot on. Didn't mess about, explained everything all the way, and reasonable fee. Will definitely keep him in our contacts!

Phoned Steve on behalf of my father in law.He had a new router installed the previous day by open reach which was completed on the day it was booked for. After the installation engineer left my father in law could not make or receive any phone calls nor would his television work. I contacted talktalk who is was all arranged with to be told open reach had completed the installation satisfactorily and would take 24-48 hours for talktalk to set it up. Now my father in law is 92 years of age and I would class as vulnerable.
He had used Steve before so I contacted him the day after the installation. He was apologetic to the fact that he would not be able to get for a couple of hours..when Steve arrived he sorted out the router first took very little time he then went on to fixing the television.He discovered that the open reach installer had drilled through the aerial and satellite cable hence no television.Steve repaired both cables in no time at all everything is now working.
A big thankyou to Steve for this and all done in a super quick and efficient time at a very reasonable cost Steve has been used by the father in law a few times now and will continue to do so.

Called SD Install this afternoon to enquire about removing our old aerial and installing a new one. We had issues with birds sitting on the old aerial, which overhung the property and making a mess on the patio.
Steve came out to look at the aerial within the hour then ended up staying and doing the job whilst he was here!
Excellent service, thoroughly happy with his work. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Would most certainly recommend!
